The Role: What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging lessons planned by the class teacher during their absence.
- Keep pupils focused, motivated, and inspired to learn.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, in line with the school’s policy.
- Lend a helping hand with lunch and break duties when needed.
- What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree (in any subject).
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Previous experience working in education or a similar youth‑facing role (highly advantageous).
- An Enhanced Child DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
- EWC registration.
