We’re looking for caring, reliable people to join our team of agency care & support workers across North Wales. We offer ad hoc shifts, block bookings, and longer-term placements, giving you the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.
Pay: £14.67 per hour (higher rates for nights, weekends, and bank holidays)
Where: Various care homes, supported living services, and community settings across South Wales
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or physical disabilities
- Helping with day‑to‑day tasks like meals, personal care, and household chores
- Taking people out into the community and encouraging independence
- Being a friendly face and a good listener
What you need:
- Previous care/support work experience is essential
- A kind, patient approach and the confidence to work in different environments
- An Enhanced DBS already in place
- The right to work in the UK
- Minimum 3 months UK care experience
