Workshop Controller required for a successful automotive approved car dealership in the Treforest area. Our client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department, and it is essential that you have previous working experience within a busy automotive workshop.
Benefits:
- Starting basic salary circa £30,000 per annum
- £36,000 OTE based on CSI, Labour Sales and Upsell. This is uncapped and can be heavily exceeded.
- Full in-house and manufacturer-approved training provided.

- 22 days annual holiday allowance plus 8 bank holidays, increasing over the continuous length of service.

Duties:
- Allocating work to the Technicians within the Workshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians - aiding their development.
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Requirements:
- Have previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
Hours of work for this role are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary being offered is up to £30,000 with OTE £36,000.
