We're looking for a Workplace Manager (WPM) to take full ownership of a single site, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational performance and a positive client experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end service delivery for the site, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and standards are consistently met
• Lead and manage the on-site team, providing coaching, feedback and development to build a high-performing and engaged workforce
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships, expectations and escalations effectively
• Ensure compliance across QHSE, audits, RAMS and permits, maintaining audit readiness at all times
• Drive service integration across cleaning, security, catering and engineering teams, ensuring one joined-up delivery model

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing site operations and service delivery within a facilities management environment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
• Experience managing compliance, risk and audit processes
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
