Key Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse caseload covering contentious matters, planning and highways (both contentious and non-contentious), and general corporate issues.
- Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research on complex issues affecting the organisation and associated bodies.
- Advocacy & Litigation
- Act as an advocate across various forums, including courts, tribunals, and public inquiries.

- Represent the organisation in hearings, ensuring robust and effective case presentation.
- Governance & Support
