Duties
- Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of modern vehicles
- Lead technical projects and provide support to junior technicians in the workshop
- Ensure all work is completed to main dealer standards, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety regulations
- Advise service advisors and customers on technical issues, repairs, and maintenance options as a Master Technician / MOT Tester
- Maximise upsell opportunities for repairs and parts, increasing workshop profitability
- Accurately record all service and repair work in line with company procedures
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism at all times as a Master Technician / MOT Tester
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification as a Vehicle Technician
- Current MOT tester licence
- Proven diagnostic and problem-solving skills aligned with a Master Technician / MOT Tester role
- Experience working on modern vehicle systems
