Millison Chase Limited is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a professional and growing transport operation specialising in general haulage deliveries throughout the UK. We are looking for reliable and professional drivers for ongoing full-time work.
This role involves completing collections and deliveries for a variety of palletised and general haulage goods while maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and professionalism. Drivers can expect between 1 and 20 drops per shift depending on route allocation and delivery schedules. Some shifts may be long, so flexibility and a positive working attitude are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Class 2 drivers looking for consistent work, competitive PAYE pay rates, and support from a professional transport recruitment team.
HGV Class 2 Driver Duties
- Completing general haulage deliveries and collections throughout the UK
- Carrying out between 1 and 20 drops per shift
- Ensuring all transport paperwork is completed accurately
- Following all driver’s hours and tachograph regulations
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Operating vehicles safely and professionally at all times
Pay Rates
- £15.00 per hour Monday to Friday
- £19.00 per hour weekends

Applicants must have:
- Valid UK HGV Class 2 Licence
- Valid CPC Card
- Valid Digi Card
- Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points
Applicants must not have any DR, DD, CU, MS, or TT endorsement codes showing on their licence. Drivers should be reliable, flexible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
