Paragon Education is currently recruiting caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Nursery Staff to work within welcoming nurseries and early years settings across Worcester and surrounding areas. We have opportunities available for immediate starts and September 2026, including flexible day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent positions. We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to supporting children during the most important stages of their development.

The Role
- Support children’s learning and development through engaging play-based activities;
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment;
- Encourage children’s communication, social, and emotional development;
- Support daily routines including activities, meals, and personal care;
- Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and staff;
- Follow safeguarding and EYFS policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Experience supporting children with additional needs.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
- Experience planning engaging early years activities.
