What you’ll do:
- Prep parts for paint (clean, mask, degrease, key surfaces)
- Apply primer / basecoat / clearcoat to a consistent finish
- Cure/dry parts using our existing extraction and curing setup
- Spot and fix defects early (runs, dust, orange peel, thin edges, colour mismatch)
- Keep spray kit, booth, and workspace clean and safe
- Follow PPE and safe handling procedures
What we’re looking for:
- You don’t need phone experience. You do need proven spray control and a quality mindset.
- Confident with airbrush or fine spray work (small parts/detail finishing)
- Strong prep discipline and consistency
- Comfortable working to a process and maintaining standards
- Reliable communicator (English good enough to work safely and coordinate with the team)
