We are seeking an enthusiastic pharmacist to join our aseptic services team to provide safe, compliant and innovative care to our patients.
There has never been a more exciting time to join us as the team is in the process of moving into the brand new Pharmacy Aseptic and Clinical Trials facility. This is a unique opportunity to work in aseptic services. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance, patient safety, staff training and aseptic preparation.
We are looking for a pharmacist with proven experience in clinical and technical aseptic services within a hospital setting. The post holder will act as the lead nutrition pharmacist supporting parenteral nutrition (TPN) service by conducting daily ward rounds, liaising with dietitians and consultants to support TPN prescribing decisions and managing supply of treatment.
Support the Assistant Director of Pharmacy and the accountable pharmacist in the development of the parenteral nutrition service. Support the clinical, technical and operational delivery of an efficient pharmacy aseptic service. Provide clinical and directorate support to designated wards and departments.
