Tudor Employment Agency are currently looking for Recycling Operatives to join our well-established client, based in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton (WV10). Our client is a well-established waste management business and requires reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and segregate different types of waste materials, including plastics, paper, glass, metals, and household waste.
  • Operate sorting machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Inspect incoming waste materials to ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines.
  • Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items from the waste stream.
  • Monitor waste disposal processes to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource recovery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and quality standards.
  • Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry best practices and regulations.

Shifts

  • Morning shifts: 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday.
