We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy phlebotomy team at New Cross Hospital.
1x 20 hour positions – 5 weekday shifts (varying hours) working at South Staffs GP surgeries and across OPD clinics.
Qualifications- Phlebotomy skills.
- Current UK driving licence and use of a car.
- Committed to delivering a high standard of service in line with the Trust values.
- Take blood samples from patients, label tubes and store samples for Pathology.
- Work as part of a team in the Phlebotomy Department.
- Carry out phlebotomy duties in South Staffs GP surgeries, patient homes and residential/nursing homes.
- Work in phlebotomy clinics on the hospital site when the GP service is not needed.
- Respond positively to the changing demands of the service.
