The Role
- Driving Class 1 (CE) Hooklift vehicles
- Transporting ADR‑regulated loads safely and in compliance with legislation
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Maintaining accurate digital tachograph records
- Following planned routes and scheduled delivery times
- Working closely with the depot team for efficient operations
This is a structured, safety‑critical role within a professional waste and logistics environment.
Working Pattern
- Monday–Friday working week
- Occasional Saturday shifts
- Typical shift window: 05:00 - 17:00
- Early starts required
Earnings & Bonuses
In addition to your hourly rate, you will receive:
- £10.00 Early Start Bonus per day (for starts before 04:30)
- £3.00 daily meal allowance (so up to £13.00 daily bonus potential approx. £65 per week)
- £26.50 per night out (if required)
- Overtime paid at £24.33 per hour after 45 hours
These extras significantly increase weekly earnings.

- Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) licence

- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
