Role Overview
- Managing residential property transactions end-to-end
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity transfers
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Ensuring compliance and efficient case progression
- Supporting the wider property team where required
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years PQE or equivalent conveyancing experience
- Strong residential property background
- Excellent client communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
