The Role
- You’ll work closely with our B2B team helping to support business customers, manage communication, organise opportunities, and keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Account & Customer Support
- Supporting business and corporate customer accounts
- Communicating with customers by phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Assisting with quotes, stock lists, and customer follow‑ups
- Helping maintain strong relationships with clients
- Admin & Organisation
- Updating CRM systems and customer records
- Keeping pipeline and account information organised
- Preparing stock and availability information
- Supporting the wider B2B team with day‑to‑day operations

Working Hours: Full-time, permanent 40 hours per week. Core hours: 9:00am–5:30pm. Flexibility on start and finish times where agreed in advance. Office-based role in Wolverhampton.
