About the Role
The Best Connection is urgently recruiting Production Operatives with an international automotive business based in Wolverhampton that actively supports temp-to-perm opportunities. As a Production Operative, you will be working as part of a team that manufactures automotive components which feature on some of the most recognizable cars on roads across the world.
Working Hours & Pay
- Shifts (x3) – Shift Rotation:
- 05:30 am – 13:30 pm
- 13:30 pm – 21:30 pm
- 09:30 pm – 05:30 am
- Rates of Pay:
- 05:30 am – 13:30 pm and 13:30 pm – 21:30 pm: £13.98 per hour
- 21:30 pm – 05:30 am: £15.88 per hour
Responsibilities
- Work on production lines, loading & unloading parts
- Check quality of parts produced
- Engage in light handball (up to 15 kg)
- Achieve and meet daily targets
- Work as part of a team with attention to detail
