The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

To assist with the management, development and delivery of an effective patient and customer focused service for all stakeholders. This includes all outpatient areas, treatment areas in-patient and day case service provisions across the Head and Neck Service.

To assist the Group Manager and Directorate Manager across a range of duties as required.

To assist with the responsibility for certain delegated activities outside the Health Records remit.

To assist with the monitoring of the Directorates waiting lists. This will require working closely with the Directorate Management Team, to assist the implementation of strategies for meeting waiting list targets, bringing any areas of significant variance to the attention of the Directorate Management Team.

To assist with the monitoring of the performance of the Government/Trust targets.

To assist with clinic templates, liaising directly with the Consultants, and Medical Staff on the Trusts CareFlow (EPR).

To keep robust records of annual leave and sickness records for the medical team.
