We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the Multi Agency Safeguarding Team. Do not apply for this role if you do not have a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in social work.

About the team

This team operates as the first point of contact for Adult Social Care services. This team supports vulnerable adults by screening referrals, completing Care Act 2014 Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments as well as Safeguarding section 42 assessments. This team provides supportive management with regular supervision.

About you

A Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 2 years post ASYE experience is required. You will be carrying out the necessary assessments in relation to adult social care and using strength-based approaches to creatively identify solutions. Experience of working with complex care, hospital discharge, community and review will be desired for this post.
