Maplebrook Care Home is our purpose‑built, luxury care home in Wolverhampton, offering high quality specialist Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 81 residents. We provide a supportive, vibrant environment where wellbeing and engagement are central to daily life. We are looking for a sociable, creative and well‑organised Activities Coordinator to bring joy, fun and variety to the lives of our residents. Fixed term 12 month contract
What We Offer:
- £12.21 per hour; contracted to 40 hours per week;
- paid DBS, pension, uniform and onsite parking;
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).
What You Will Do:
- You will take the lead in delivering a stimulating and inclusive programme of group and one‑to‑one activities, encouraging residents to stay active, engaged and connected.
- Your role will include:
- Creating and running a monthly rolling programme tailored to residents’ needs and interests
- Organising events that support wellbeing and social connection
- Encouraging residents to explore hobbies and new activities
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and the wider care team
- Keeping clear and accurate records of activities and participation
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working in care is not essential. We are looking for someone who brings warmth, confidence and creativity to the role.
