The predicted salary is between 30000 - 30000 £ per year.

£14.56 per hour. Typical shifts are: 08:00 - 20:30 working 3 shifts a week including alternate weekends.

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service set in the beautiful rural location of Wiveliscombe. This grade two listed building with its own orchard, log cabin art hub and pond and a welcoming and friendly environment, this service has a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Responsibilities:

  • Help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
  • Allocate shifts and book training.
  • Induct new colleagues.
  • Provide supervision and support.
  • Order medication.
  • Ensure the people we support are managed to handle their finances.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism and people who have experienced trauma.
