Job Type: Full-time, Workshop Based.

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and organised trainee admin person to be Assistant to our head engineer. You will join our busy white goods rework centre in Winsford where we repair cookers, washing machines etc. You will work closely with the engineering team to help ensure spare parts and appliance stock are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sending and responding to emails
  • Ordering spare parts from suppliers
  • Checking in and organising incoming spare parts deliveries
  • Quality checking stock and ensuring accuracy of records
  • Photographing stock and uploading images where required
  • Assisting with general administration duties
  • Maintaining organised records and documentation
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks
