Location: Main site Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, CW7 1AU. Role involves travelling to multiple sites across Chester and Cheshire.
Role Overview: We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to provide a first-class cleaning service across our corporate sites. You will oversee cleaning staff, monitor standards, and ensure all areas are maintained to the highest hygiene and presentation levels. The role includes both hands-on cleaning and supervisory duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise cleaning staff, reviewing schedules and performance.
- Ensure cleaning standards are maintained across all areas, including floors, walls, fixtures, kitchen/catering areas, toilets, changing rooms, and other sanitary areas.
- Conduct daily cleaning tasks as required and special cleaning programmes when directed.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues, refill consumables, and manage waste responsibly.
- Conduct monthly toolbox talks and one-to-one meetings with staff.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and COSHH policies.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and staff, resolving issues proactively.
- Travel between sites as required and assist with cleaning where necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a team
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve
- The supervisor must be able to drive and have access to a car; a company vehicle will be provided once they start and all licence checks are completed.
