Job Overview

Therapist – Champneys Mottram Hall (Contract: Full Time, Salary: OTE £28,240).

Responsibilities

• Provide a first‑class service delivering a range of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments including facials, massages and nail treatments.
• Maximise treatment and retail sales to achieve targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Provide ultimate client care, maximise revenue opportunities, and seek additional support or training when required.
• Give professional advice via talks, demonstrations, spa tours and promotional events, recommending suitable home‑care advice for guests.
• Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards, adhere to specific treatment times, and keep up to date with product ranges and new treatments.
• Follow Champneys protocols and training programmes, attending required training to offer all treatments appropriate to your therapist grade.
• Be responsible for your working area, keep equipment fully operational and clean, report any defects to maintenance and the Manager on duty, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Liaise positively with managers and receptionists regarding scheduled treatments, changes or additions.
• Provide flexibility and cooperation, including shift changes if necessary.

Qualifications

• Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
