About the Role

We are looking for patient, caring and passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated care team. This is a hands‑on role, and we’re looking for people who are ready to get involved and actively support service users in all aspects of daily life and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
  • Be a hands‑on, positive role model for service users and colleagues
  • Assist with personal care, daily routines, and social activities
  • Manage and support behaviours that challenge in a compassionate and professional way
  • Support individuals with epilepsy, including administering emergency medication when required
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Carry out Moving and Handling tasks in line with training and policies
  • Maintain clear, accurate records and care plans

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with autism and behaviours that challenge
  • Moving and Handling experience (essential)
  • Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy and administering medication (essential)
  • A patient, caring and naturally compassionate approach
  • A bubbly, enthusiastic personality with a positive attitude
  • Passionate about making a difference to people’s lives
  • Reliable, proactive, and confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to be hands‑on in all aspects of care and activities
