Champneys Mottram Hall is seeking a Senior Therapist for a part-time position, offering a salary of £24,256 OTE for 32 hours per week. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be passionate and friendly, providing first-class service and delivering the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments. You will be confident with facials, massages, and nail treatments, driven by a desire to exceed guests’ expectations.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

Carrying out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
Following Champneys protocols and training programmes to offer the best service to our guests.
Having thorough knowledge of the Club & Spa and Hotel and its facilities and rules, advising customers accordingly.
Being responsible for your working areas, ensuring that equipment is fully operational and clean, and reporting any defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty.
Adhering to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
Attending appropriate training courses required for your therapist grade to offer all treatments a senior therapist should provide.
Liaising positively and constructively with the manager and receptionists regarding scheduled treatments, changes, and additions to meet the needs of our guests.
Keeping up to date with developments relating to product ranges and new treatments.
Giving professional advice to guests via talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events to promote available treatments.
Providing ultimate client care to all guests, ensuring an unforgettable treatment experience.
Maximising revenue opportunities in accordance with targets and seeking assistance if additional support or training is needed.
Recommending suitable homecare for guests to continue their results at home.
Providing mentorship to more junior therapists, sharing knowledge and experience.
Offering premier guests skin consultation appointments along with a full home care prescription.

Shift times are Monday to Sunday, with patterns including shifts of 10:00 - 19:00 and 11:00 - 20:00, with weekends worked alternatively.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

L3 qualified in Beauty Therapy.
Preferably either Clarins or Elemis trained.
Attention to detail and a passion for offering an unforgettable service to guests.
Previous experience working for a luxury brand for 2 years.
