About this job:

  • Provide full business support to Operations Senior Managers.
  • Providing Senior PA & Administration support to the Management Team.
  • Administration and diary maintenance.
  • Assist in managing, planning and coordinating all travel requirements for Senior Management, including logistics, national/international requirements and any special consideration which may require direction.
  • Directs, manages and/or coordinates projects with various staff and departments generally involving work of a confidential nature and requires knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies and programs.
  • Work collaboratively with on-site global EAs and administrators to ensure smooth delivery of global meetings, events and forums, both on and off site.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and effectively maintain and build stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
  • Use MS Office.
