Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the practice by providing support and assistance to both the clinical and administrative teams in their delivery of high quality healthcare services to patients.

Main Duties

  • Carry out administrative tasks relating to patient records, including filing, document management and ensuring patients can access their health record.
  • Scanning and coding of incoming clinical correspondence through the use of AI type software.
  • Code clinical information onto the patient record.
  • Follow process for recalling patients for review of long term health conditions and also including cytology, immunisations, health promotion campaigns e.g. flu clinics.
  • Take action as directed by other team members.
  • Follow practice protocols to ensure consistent and high quality care is provided to our patients.
  • Summarising of medical records.
