Role: Resident Experience Co‑ordinator
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all residents receive a high quality, meaningful activities programme, promoting social inclusion and encouraging fun and motivational activities specific to the scheme/village, co‑produced with residents.
- Work with external stakeholders to promote community engagement within the service and encourage resident involvement.
- Assist in development of models and procedures for effective engagement.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of older people and issues pertaining to them.
- Experience working with vulnerable people.
- Good level of digital skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).
- Experience developing and delivering themed activities/events engaging a diverse audience with diverse needs (desirable).
- Proven track record in delivering a creative and inclusive approach to older people’s wellness and activities (desirable).
- Experience managing budgets (desirable).
