About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a senior support worker to join our dedicated team in Dudley. At Inspire, part of the CareTech family, we help young people with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy live fulfilling lives. Our Good‑rated OFSTED home in Dudley provides a safe, nurturing environment for up to five young people, some of whom are non‑verbal and use alternative communication methods such as Makaton and Smartbox devices to ensure their voices are heard.

Responsibilities

  • Help young people thrive by supporting them through new experiences, celebrations, events, and fundraising activities.
  • Encourage participation in community inclusion activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in a Residential Childcare Environment.
  • Level 4 Children’s and Young People qualification.
  • Full UK Driver’s Licence.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and unsociable hours.
  • All applicants must pass an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references for all roles involving vulnerable groups.
