Good understanding of the NHS IT systems. (Training will be provided where necessary). To possess good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to operate with diplomacy. To have a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/ Office and its applications including experience of using Excel spreadsheets effectively.
Able to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team; maintaining good working relationships and knowing when to refer to others. To demonstrate good organisation and logistical skills and apply a high attention to detail. To have a basic knowledge of the NHS and Wigan GP Alliances services. (Training will be provided where necessary).
