What You’ll Be Doing As a Retail Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in the day‑to‑day success of the store, including:
- Leading and supporting your team to hit store targets.
- Delivering excellent customer service and handling queries professionally.
- Keeping shelves full, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Assisting with stock deliveries and backroom organisation.
- Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.
