We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established further education college in Greater Manchester for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026. The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroom.
- Assist with lesson delivery and adapt materials where required.
- Promote student engagement, independence, and confidence.

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience supporting young people or adults with additional needs (education or care setting).
