We are an outstanding small, friendly Catholic primary school looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The role involves working across the whole school. Support responsibilities vary from covering PPA sessions and management time to leading Special Educational Needs interventions and assisting class teachers with small group work, marking, displays, and resource organisation.
You will be:
- Fully supportive of the Catholic ethos, values and Mission Statement
- Capable of using initiative and working without supervision
- Able to plan, deliver, mark and assess a subject area to cover PPA and management time
- Caring, positive and flexible, with a willingness to work as part of our team
- Committed to supporting the delivery of high‑quality learning experiences for all children
- Highly motivated with high expectations of children’s achievements and behaviour
- Dedicated to school improvement and raising standards of achievement
