You will inspire a kitchen team to deliver high‑quality, nutritious meals that support residents’ health and wellbeing, while ensuring hygiene and safety through HACCP compliance. You will manage the kitchen efficiently, overseeing stock, budgets, orders and ensuring smooth, well‑organised operation in collaboration with central teams. You will also help shape mealtimes into enjoyable, ambient dining experiences, contributing to residents’ quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team, inspiring motivation and excellent service.
- Design and deliver nutritious, culturally appropriate meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Maintain food safety standards, manage HACCP compliance and oversee daily sanitation.
- Manage kitchen stock, budgets, orders and overall kitchen operations.

Qualifications
- An S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
- A minimum Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Good understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
