We are seeking a Business Administrator to provide essential administrative support to operational teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of day-to-day contract management activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate systems, supporting staff processes, and delivering timely, reliable administrative services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Time & Attendance (T&A) processes, ensuring data accuracy, user access management, and processing emergency payments.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, support invoicing, and coordinate ordering of supplies such as chemicals and consumables.
- Coordinate DBS checks, subcontractor administration, and site-related administrative tasks.
- Support reporting activities and assist with e-learning and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems and support general system administration.
- Carry out printing, posting, and document preparation, including letters, reports, and menus.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support across People & Culture activities.
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in line with required processes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence using IT systems.
- Previous administrative experience within an office-based environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to manage a range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Collaborative team player with a positive approach to relationship building.
