Bank Support Worker Waking Nights – Kingshill Residential Home, Wigan, WN6 0AR. Salary: £13.12 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Work with adults living with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health, and other physical conditions on a person‑centred basis.
- Ensure residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care and help encourage and develop new skills through a variety of activities.
- Provide excellent care during waking nights.
- Administer medication, carry out personal care tasks, conduct security checks, and perform domestic tasks.
- Ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and happy.
Qualifications
- No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required.
- On‑joining support and training will be provided, and opportunities to undertake professional qualifications are available.
