Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Provide clear, authentic, and inspiring leadership to drive positive change and ensure the school's continued success.
- Curriculum Development: Coordinate and deliver a holistic, creative, and academically engaging curriculum that places pupil needs at the centre of learning.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of school management, including staff leadership, professional collaboration, and pupil safeguarding.

Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A proven record of good or outstanding teaching practice.

- Teaching Capability: The ability and willingness to teach Maths and/or English to GCSE level, and experience in delivering vocational BTEC, Functional Skills, or ELC courses.
- Leadership & Management: Strong management skills and the ability to work effectively with various professional networks.
