Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for an experienced Van Driver on behalf of our client based in Halesowen. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver seeking ongoing work with a well-established company. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out deliveries and collections while providing a high standard of service and maintaining safe driving practices at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Temp to Perm Opportunities
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time hours
- Carrying out local and regional deliveries and collections
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Ensuring goods are delivered accurately and on time
- Completing delivery paperwork and relevant documentation
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
- Following all road transport and health & safety regulations
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- No more than 6 penalty points on licence (Due to Insurance)
- No DR, DD, IN, or CD endorsements
- Good knowledge of local and regional road networks
- Strong communication and organisational skills as this role is Customer Facing
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties when required
