We are seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker or Team Leader to join a high-performing team focused on excellence in childcare and staff development. Role & Responsibilities
- Leadership: Foster a positive, hard-working environment for a committed team of support workers.

- Transport: A valid UK Driving Licence is mandatory due to the home's location and the need to transport young people.
