- Managing day-to-day workloads, prioritising jobs, and allocating tasks across the team
- Championing health, safety, and security, ensuring all works follow legislation and prison protocols
- Acting as a key point of contact for site teams and stakeholders, resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Monitoring performance, approving timesheets, and completing basic reporting and compliance checks

- Taking part in an on-call and weekend rota and travelling between sites as required
What you will bring:
- Full UK driving licence (this is a mobile role covering multiple sites)
- Previous experience of working within the Facilities/Estate management arena
- Facilities Management qualifications are advantageous, such as Health & Safety competence (IOSH level or equivalent)
- Ability to work on own initiative, understanding deadlines and priorities
- Previous experience leading mobile or multi-site teams, and dealing with customers and clients
- Ideally you will have a trade background or technical qualification (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance), although this is not essential.
- In addition to this, it would be desirable if you have a calm attitude under pressure and experience in using Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems to help you hit the ground running, although this is not essential as we will provide you with the required development you need to bring you up to speed.
