Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and strategy to embed enjoyment throughout SGS College.
  • Shape and drive a student‐centric culture in all areas of College operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the College Leadership Team and other departments to implement enjoyment‐focused initiatives.
  • Represent SGS College externally to champion student enjoyment.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in customer or student experience, ideally within education or a customer‐focused sector.
  • Ability to influence and think strategically at senior level.
  • Experience working with large student populations and shaping organizational strategy.
