We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Llanelli. This is a fullâtime position (35 hours per week) on a fixedâterm contract.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with the dayâtoâday running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
- Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service, achieve targets, and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
- Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
- Achieve expectations within campaign activities.
- Work with the manager to generate stock.
- Operate in a fastâpaced environment, working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
- Assist with physical handling of donated items while maintaining a safe and rewarding environment.
