About the role
We're looking for a proactive and organised School Administrator to join our friendly team and play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our school. Reporting to the School Operations Manager, you'll provide essential administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- School admission administration
- Creating and updating spreadsheets and databases
- Collecting, collating, and managing key information
- Photocopying resources and contacting parents as needed
- Producing, scanning, and uploading documents
- Supporting wider administrative tasks across the school

- A self-starter with a keen eye for detail even when juggling multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Has experience working in a general office environment and administrative procedures

- Can manage competing deadlines with support from your line manager
