Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting a skilled MIG Welder on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability, hands-on experience, and the chance to work as part of a supportive fabrication team.

The Role
As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing MIG welding to assemble or fabricate metal structures
- Conducting stick welding on various materials as required
- Working with sheet metal to create components
- Operating hand and power tools to prepare materials for welding
- Using basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
- Fabricating metal components to required specifications
- Reading and interpreting blueprints accurately
The Candidate
