Factory Operatives Wanted - Immediate Start | Wednesbury

The Best Connection West Bromwich is currently recruiting Factory Operatives for a well-established client based in Wednesbury. We are looking for a long-term role with potential to become permanent after a successful trial period.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 15:30
  • Friday: 07:00 - 14:30

Enjoy an early finish every Friday!

Pay

£12.71 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

  • Applying coatings using paint rollers on dormers, chimneys, and canopies
  • Filling, sanding, and preparing surfaces using various materials
  • Working within the moulding department
  • Carrying out quality checks on finished products
  • Supporting general site upkeep and housekeeping

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in painting & decorating, car body filling, or powder coating is a bonus, but not essential
  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • A team player who takes pride in their work
