Early Learners Nurseries is a family-run company that has been caring for babies and young children since 1985. We are looking for passionate Early Years Professionals to join our expanding workforce.
We are searching for a proactive candidate who can effectively support and lead a setting and its team. The position involves having a high level of responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing and successfully delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage statutory guidance (EYFS) and other government statutory legislation within our childcare provision. The role requires working across settings supporting the Managers, Area Manager, and Directors, offering full and practical support in the day-to-day running of the nursery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage a company, support parents & carers, and work alongside the local authority.
- Proactive with a positive approach to learning and open to change.
- Minimum Early Years qualification of Level 3+, childcare degree and/or NQT, equivalent or higher.
- All employees must be registered with the DBS update service.
