Rad is Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker / Care Assistant to join our team based at Ryefields Extra Care Scheme in Warrington.

As a Support Worker, you will support the elderly who are experiencing physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. The position involves aiding residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas at meal times, to communal areas for social activities, and to their bedrooms at their request. Your duties will include assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing. You will also participate in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and in groups. The role is to promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect through the best standards of care.

Shift Pattern: Mixture of early and late shifts, alternate weekends.
