Position Overview

Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub) are looking to recruit a dedicated, enthusiastic and hard working B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Our office base is Wakefield House and our office hours are currently Mon to Fri 9-5.

Responsibilities

  • Provide NICE guidance interventions, working as part of an MDT, to provide care, treatment and support for services users with significant mental health needs.
  • Work closely with carers and families, and liaise with partner agencies to achieve best outcomes.
  • Act as Duty Practitioner, liaising with other services and working closely with carers and families, alongside wider partner agencies.
  • Deliver specific NICE guidance interventions for complex mental health needs.
  • Receive ongoing clinical and management supervision and have opportunities for CPD.
