Your new company A Warrington based manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Order Processor to join their team on a 4-month temporary basis.

Due to a busy period, they are looking for a reliable individual who can quickly integrate into the team and provide support across the order management function.

Your new role As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.

This is a busy and varied role where you will work closely with customers, production teams, and logistics providers to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

This temporary assignment is expected to last for 4 months and offers an immediate start.

Duties

  • Processing customer orders accurately using the company's order management system.
  • Verifying order details and ensuring all information is complete and correct.
  • Liaising with customers regarding orders, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinating with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Raising sales orders, quotations, and delivery documentation.
  • Handling customer queries and resolving order-related issues.
  • Monitoring order progress and providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the wider administration team with ad hoc duties as required.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with company procedures and service level expectations.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a regulated environment.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Confidence using IT systems and learning new software.
  • A proactive, reliable, and self‑motivated approach to your work.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
