Job Overview: Nursery Room Supervisor – full‑time (Monday to Friday, 40–45 hours per week). The role involves proactively supporting and confidently delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment, and encouraging babies and young children to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Actively support and confidently deliver the EYFS curriculum.
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for babies and young children.
- Encourage children to reach their full potential.
- Offer practical support in the day‑to‑day running of the nursery.
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet the business’s needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience in early years childcare – ideally 2 years.
- Valid Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent.
- Paediatric First Aid certification (preferred).
- Child protection training (preferred).
- GCSE Maths and English grades C or above (preferred).
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred).
- Full‑time availability Monday to Friday with flexible hours between 7 am and 6 pm.
- Location: WA10 4QG (travel willingness preferred).
Pay: £12.90 per hour.
